Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

At Kitchennary, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we have created the following return and refund policy:

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of the purchase date. / 15 days from receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the cookware must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these criteria at our sole discretion. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address: 6-Khurshid Alam Estate , Sheikupura road, Gujranwala, Pakistan We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds:

● No return/refund will be applicable if you receive the same product as seen on the    website in perfect condition, (change of mind is not applicable).
● Promotional & discounted products will not be refundable.

Exchanges:

If the delivered product received, was not as described on the website or is in damaged condition, then it must be intimated with us at the time of delivery on WhatsApp: +92 3053442000 or Email: info.kitchennary@gmail.com Users can only return an unused item in its original condition (as it was received by the customer) with the proof at our given address.

By original condition, Kitchennary means:
● Customer has kept all original packaging & labels in good condition and the    product must include the original tags, and other accessories as it is.
● Customer has not used the product to date.
● Where a product has been personalized for the customer, unless faulty,    Kitchennary will be unable to refund or offer an exchange.
● Our Quality assurance department will inspect & review the product. After passing    the product will be considered for exchange.
● Kitchennary will never pick up the sent products, the consignee will personally ship    to our given address without any communication and approval.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at WhatsApp: +92 3053442000 within 48 hours of receipt of the item to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photos and video of the damaged item and packaging for our records.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as food contact items or products that have been unsealed or used.
